Introductory Barista Course

For beginners and coffee lovers who want to understand what goes into a great cup. Over two days you will cover:

  • Coffee fundamentals
  • Basic equipment use and espresso machine operation
  • Introductory espresso extraction
  • Milk steaming basics and simple coffee drinks

Intermediate Barista Course

Designed to prepare you for a career in the coffee industry. Over four days you will cover:

  • Introduction to coffee and coffee equipment
  • Espresso machine setup, use and extraction
  • Milk steaming and latte art
  • Making a range of speciality hot drinks
  • Barista lingo, workflow management and customer service basics
